I have to to be honest, lately there are days that I just want to stay in bed, pull the covers over my head and pretend I am somewhere else. Unfortunately, not many of us have the luxury of doing that. In fact what you need is the complete opposite! That's right, it's time to get out of that funk and move your body.
I'm not telling you to go to a gym(if it's open) or go run 10 miles..I am telling you to move your body 30 minutes per day. Whether it's a walk with your pup, a quick yoga sesh, or a 30 min spin on your bike. It's totally up to you.
