1:1 Coaching Session (30 Min)

Service Description

Includes: 1:1 Getting to know you and your personal journey. These 1:1 sessions are designed to give you guidance and motivation. Are you unsure of what steps to take back to wellness?  Are you feeling anxious or stressed? Are you having chronic  unwanted symptoms? We will have sessions that will go over all the necessary steps to get 'YOU" back and re-write your healing story. We will connect via phone or video conference We will chat and discuss what will get you back on the road to healing and health. This chat time is perfect for the client that needs guidance and motivation on a more regular basis. Sessions will typically be once or twice per week. We will connect via phone or video conference

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund Policy I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In order to be fair and most effective to all of my clients the following policy must be honored: • 24-hour notice on all canceled appointments is required. • You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime before the close of business on the business day preceding your appointment. • If you do not email to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service. If you have a package, one session will be deducted from the remaining package visits. •The cancellation and no show fees must be paid in full before your next appointment can be booked. Your appointment is a time slot that I have reserved for you and I can not get that time back when you do not show up. I respect your time, please respect mine by giving at least a 24-hour cancellation notice. If I need to reschedule your appointment the same day due to sickness, etc. When there is inclement weather on the day of your appointment and we both decide to reschedule, you will not be charged and we will reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. We do not offer refunds for services that have already been delivered. If you have paid in advance and canceled your service at least 24 hours in advance, please contact us by email or phone and we will provide a full refund. For cancellations within less that 24 hours form the scheduled service, a $50 fee will be deducted from your refund. Thank you for understanding our cancellation and refund policies.
